One Twenty Four, LLC Bad Product and No Refund , Internet |

Multi-level company sold a super food blend that was good tasting when I used the first time. Reordered another can and the second one had a very bitter, bad taste that could not be consumed. Actually, made me sick of the stomach. They have conference calls daily and many others complained about the taste as well. The phone number 321-248-6585 was called and there was no live person to answer any calls nor would anyone return my calls after leaving messages in Feb and March of this year. I emailed the support and requested to return the product and asked for a refund, because I could not stomach nor refer anyone else to drink this. An email was sent 2 weeks later stating, they would not refund and the product had changed, but no one mentioned that in the conference calls. Now the company is sending information out stating why we should accept the bitter taste and I received another email stating my account is permenantly closed. I had to place a stop payment through my bank and they tried to continue debiting my account, the bank had to cancel my bankcard and replace it. All I want is my refund for this bad product and all they want is more money and make people take something that is bad. They claim they are a part of Herbal Life and we all know that company has good products and a return guarantee policy. Any company should have a quality check department before it sends out food or anything and this company is a scam. |

Was considering this company's sales pitch - now am very hesitant after reading this article and other reports running a search on this MLM. |

You should be hesitant. I sent them a certified letter return receipt as well as cancelled autoship online and both request were ignored and my account debited. One sure way to prevent further withdrawal from your accounts is to close out that account number and get a new one. They can continue to debit your account as long as they have your account number. Crazy huh! Report them to BBB to warn others. |

I had the same issues with them. I received a can of their product and it was very bitter. How can I try to get people to sign up when their product was so bad and I have to pay $70 per month for a nasty tasting powder... So I cancelled my account and they charged my bank account anyway. I wrote to them and they sent me 2 semi-rude emails back stating that I didn't cancel my account in time and I didn't ship the product back in time. No refund. I wrote to them that I was going to write to my Attorney General, Postal Inspector, and the Better Business Bureau. They didn't even flinch. I haven't received any emails since, nor have I received my money back. They are all about the money, there is no doubt. You can't talk with anyone by phone because it always goes to voicemail no matter what time of day it is. If you are considering joining this scam, DON'T! They will take your money and if you don't like the product, tough! Deal with it! |

I am NOW getting emails from one of their distributors - Michael Joy / Mike Joy, in direct violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. He was a distributor with me for all of 30 days, worked less than 4 hours for the entire month and then declared to me he could not work the business because it did not work. Even though I specifically asked him if he could committ to a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, be coachable and follow a simple system, to which he told me he could. Well not only did he NOT do what he was supposed to, not only did he LIE to me about working the business he signed up for with me, the next thing you know - I am getting SPAMMING emails on my private email address from him ont his SCAM company One 24, which also has numerous complaints on Rip Off. com. Upon trying to contact the company to get myself out of their system and off of their email lists, campaigns, unauthorized solications, etc. I cannot get anyone to answer a phone, nor can I find an email address for them. So NOW, in addtion to being upset to receive this email from him - I am also upset this appears to be a huge SCAM of a company that I want to get a complaint into them. Does anyone have an email address for them, their support team, their corporate officers, etc.? I would like to make a complaint with this company on the distributor and ON this company to all of the offices appropriately. Thanks! |
