extream poor customer service

I was treated extremely poorly by Marcella, Lisa and Audrey Hlembnzky. I booked my first appointment with one spa direct in February for March the 14. I originally booked the appointment for 1:00 and they called to cancel my appointment and residual it for 4:30pm. March 14 came and I was not booked nor was my situation in any way rectified, I asked to speak to the manager and Marcella stated she would call me back. Four hours passed and the manager did not call me. I decided to call to see what was going on with my appointment and was told she had left but was notified that I had attempted to reach her. I then was booked for May 29th and received a call stating that my appointment was cancelled due to short staffing. Again I was to receive a call from the manager, Audery Hlembnzky or a Lisa and never received one. I did receive a call from Marcella telling me if I did not go to the Mississauga location I would receive no service. AGAIN, I booked for June 9th, this time due to family reasons I needed to reschedule. I was told that my voucher would be void and that it states cancellation rules on the voucher. I thoroughly went through the voucher and there were no cancellation rules. I was treated poorly by Marcella, who initially would not give me her name or that of her managers. Only by calling another of the companys three phone lines was I able to get her to state her name. Obviously one of the phone lines had caller display. I have never been treated so poorly, lied to soo much by an organization. I strongly recommend that no one ever use this company.
