On 12/15/2010 I was having issues with my computer freezing up and/or not being able to close programs. I was on the microsoft website and I honestly don't know how I got to them. I beleived I was dealing with a Microsoft Tech. I was told for $149 my computer would be optimized and all the issues would be eliminated. Supposedly they would fix my computer that evening. I received notification that They again dealt with the issues on 1/15/2011. If you haven't guessed it, the computer is still exactly the same as before I had any contact with omni tech. The whole thing is a scam. I honestly beleived I was dealing with microsoft, not some scam scam.
