The United States Government,The FBI, and Ripoff Report put Anthony Demarco behind bars,Anthony DeMarco along with his accomplices aka Slugs scammed and stole Equity from 120 homeowners,Staw buyers were involved (investors) and some of them received 10,000 cash for each home they "purchased plus rent. TBW was the mortgage holder on my property,then when the Government shut them down Ocwen Loan servicing took over. The straw buyer contacted me and said I could buy my home back from him ,try and get a loan if I could not do this the bank (Ocwen) would take back the house. I had no money to buy back the home. DeMarco and the straw buyers kept the equity and also received 2900 rent. Anthony Demarco said reserves would be set aside for hardships of course there were no reserves Demarco and his slugs took the money the homes went into foreclosure. This is where Ocwen comes in: There is an injunction on the homes involved in the scam,this injunction was placed by The United States Government and The United States Government is trying DeMarco,Rei There is going to be mediation and Ocwen sent out a court document asking for our income,utility bills,etc. We had 45 days to respond if no response we would not be included in the Mediation and the Foreclosure proceedings would go on. I sent all my documents . I do not have a good credit report but I am working and I am also back in school. Ocwen has advised they cannot offer a loan or any other resolution to the property however I can still proceed in the Mediation. Why is this? Our equity and homes were stolen ,this is not fair. The straw buyesr received money and some took out loans on our homes. Why should we become homeless ,I worked 30 years for my little home and put 30% down.
Why can't the Government bail us out??? The banks got bailed out.I along with others was facing losing my home ,we did not know that DeMarco and the investors were going to do this. I have heard about these bail-out loans issued by the government, Ocwen is supppose to be involved with the Government so why not give us a loan,it would help us all. We would pay it back and give us a standing in socity again instead of becoming homeless. Ocwen is suppose to be helping but I guess just the rich ,Ocwen and Freddie Mac seems to me you don't care about us and just are very greedy individuals hurting and destroying lives and ruining the American Dream.
