Ocean Star International Shipping is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were to ship household goods from North Carolina to Seoul Korea. The shipment went to Busan South Korea not Seoul where I was to pickup at customs. After notifying OSI that the shipment was in Busan ( the day it arrived ) I was told by OSI they had paid for it to be delivered to customs in Seoul.But nothing was done by OSI to get the shipment from Busan to Seoul.I made MANY MANY calls to OSI and received a different answer each time.

At one point they told me they hoped they would never hear from me again. At another time (in an Email) they called me a lier and also said the shipping company in Busan was lying about the additional frees. NOT professional!! Bottom line is I had to pay for trucking to Seoul from Busan also pay storage fees incurred from OSI not having the proper paper work for customs. In my many emails to Jay M. (notice in all his emails he never uses his last name) It is very strange that a person who claims to be a professional would not use hos last name to be addressed by. I have reported this company to the BBB and will also send reports to other government agencies. Hopefully the scam will stop or maybe will just CHANGE NAMES AGAIN.
