| First of all let me start with how is it illegal for us as citizens to rob or steal from one another but it is alright for the NYS Child Support Processing Center to do it. I have been back and forth with my sons mother about child support payments and how much I actually owe for back child support. My son has lived with me for the past year with no support from his mother but that's another story. I finally recieved a final judgement from the court stating that my arrearage was $2400.00. I had no problem with that, I have been trying to play catch up for two years since I was unemployed and the courts wanted me to pay the same amount as when I was employed. I filled my taxes which my return was suppose to be $4300.00 and due to me owing back support they took it, which I still had no problem with. It has been seven weeks since my tax return was intercepted and the treasury dept stated that they should recieved it within several weeks. I recieved a noticed from my bank account that I'm overdrawn by 4800.00 due to the child support arrearage, I called up the treasury who informed me that the NYS Child Support Processing Center in fact has recieved the check. I called up the NYS Child Support Processing Center and they informed me that they have the check but it has not been applied to my account as of yet and may not be for the next four weeks. So now not only am I getting charged interest on money that they have already taken from me, but my bank account has been suspended from me and I'm being charged overdraft fees, my credit is being further destroyed by this negative image on my bank account, and last my employer is still being told to send money in for something that is paid off. They took my whole tax return which I stated is more than I owe and I may not recieve that back for another four weeks, will I recieve interest on the money that they have of mine? I don't think so, How is it fair or legal for the NYS Child Support represenative to tell me that they have my money but they also have million of dollars besides my own from others that they have to sort through. How is it the many thousands of clients that you overcharge for arrearage owed fault that you don't have the right amount of staff to handle this issue. This is a legal matter because you are destroying lives either finacially and or physically. Now I'm unable to cash my paycheck through my bank account because you have put a hold on it, now I have to deal with calls from my bank because my account shows a negative when in fact you are already paid. Something needs to be done about this because it is done so much and no one complains about our rights being violated. Fathers have rights to and its time for the courts to stop treating us as if we broke a law no matter what we do when it comes to courts and there rulings. |

| my name is julius and i am dam mad i have payed my support for over 3yr faith full lee what the gudg said and now thay just cleaned out my bank accounts that was for my rent and bills like it was nothing idont think thats right at all now what do i do quit my job and go under ground hopeles in cali |
