NutraSlim Unauthorized withdrawls of accounts, and Refunds Orange , Connecticut |

I ordered a supplement from NutraSlim in May of 2011, I contacted NutraSlim within the 30 day trail period, spoke with a Representative, was given a RMA # for the return of the product, which made me very sick, I feel very high strung, like I was on speed or something. Anyway, I return the product within the trail period certified mail, have signature of person from NutraSlim stating that it was received. NutraSlim, a month later, took money from my account and that was late June 2011, when NutraSlim took $79.99 out of my accounts which was unauthorized and as of July 2011, I still have not received the money back into my account. I received alot of emails from NutraSlim, stating that the money was put back into my accunt , however when I check my online banking this charge is not even pending on my account? I would strongly suggest that you be very careful when dealing with NutraSlim, a company worldwide known, steals and have employees process unauthroized charges against accounts, that they have the information about. I still wait for my refund from NutraSlim as of the middle of July. |

Like you I was wary of ordering but read lots of reviews and went ahead. cancelled back in May within Trial Period, then received more of the product and two lots of £59, 99 withdrawn from my account. Numerous e mails replied too all stating product hasn't been received and then 2 more charges deducted. Do not deal with this company-they are making unauthorised withdrawals!!!
Nutraslim are masquarading as a reputable company. Do not sign up for the 'Free Trial' you will not see your money again and have to keep a very close eye on your bank statements thereafter. |

I stupidly used nutraslim's FREE trial offer...back in May and cancelled the trial, sent the items back and have been promised a refund. This was after they received the returns, said they had and then denied all knowledge - it was only becasue I was able to give them proof of signature that they miraculaousl;y found them again!!!
After waiting and chasing the refunds (£59.99 x 2) they advised me that I would receive the refund in 7-10 working days - that time has yet again passed and still no refund. Finally got through to them on the phone and they said..
'...the refund has not been processed yet - but it is in the queue...we are only allowed to make a certain amount of refunds each month and we have exceeded our quota so yours will take longer. Once we have you in the system it will take up to 8 WEEKS to process and then another 5-7 working days to clear on your account...you cannot speak to a supervisor because they are all busy and I don't see what difference it would make - you will get your refund eventually'
Brilliant thanks Nutraslim - you have £120 of MINE and you don't see the problem as I will get it eventually. What a load of con artists...they are already lying to me as they told me in writing I would receive the refund in 7-10 working days and I haven't.
I have already waited and chased for over 6 weeks and frankly my advice to anyone would be...
DON'T USE NUTRASLIM - THEY ARE LIARS, THEIR PRODUCT IN MY OPINION IS USELESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE IS NON EXISTENT. STEER WELL CLEAR. |
