Please beware of this contractor. In November 2007 I hired this so-called makeshift handyman who claimed he could lay ceramic tile, install kitchen cabinets, a sink, dishwasher, install a storm door and paint. He asked for half of this price up front and gave me the excuse of his demanding wife needing money. He's the type of contractor that will hook or fix something his way, ignoring parts or instructions which cause issues later down the road that he will not return to fix. He installed ceramic kitchen tiles with grout that began to crack almost immediately throughout my kitchen. He incorrectly connected my dishwasher that flooded my kitchen floor several times, I had to hire another plumber to reconnect the dishwasher. He installed my storm door with extremely short screws, so the door never shut properly since it was installed. I have loose tiles in the foyer because he used the same grout from the kitchen in the foyer, so it has also cracked resulting in the loose tiles. He installed my kitchen cabinets and painted ok, but if my cabinets fell off the wall some time in the future, I wouldn't be surprised. He took short cuts, used incorrect parts and screws and left my home a mess after he received his final payment. He promised to return to fix things and never showed up. He's comes across sincere and like a hard worker, but it's an act. He just wants your money and will act like he doesn't know you once he's paid. I sincerely regret hiring this man and I'm still dealing with the shoddy work he did in my home.
