I paid North Morris Estates for a mobile home.I was told by Ruth Colman i would receive a clear title to my home in 45 days.The state of Michigan say all titles must be filed in 33 days.On Sep 3rd 2012 i went to office and stated to Ruth Colman that the paper work for my home was not correct.It in fact does not match the house i am living in. My home is a amherst,the paper work says derose. My home is a 14 x 72 and the paper work says 14x28.This needed to be corrected.Ruth told me that it is my problem not hers and to just wait for the title. On oct 3rd 2012 i went to office again.Told Ruth i have not recieved my title and i still do not have correct paper work.I as well had to pay for home owners insurance for 1 yr up front per park rules as i was told and i stated my insurance is on some one elses home and not the home i am living in. Ruth shouted at me -you did not call the insurance company did you? I told her no i had not, but if this is not corrected i am not covered as this is not the home i covered.This is fraud. Ruth told me do not call them it would be ok i am covered and again just wait for my title. Nov 3rd 2012 i went to office again,Told Spring and Ruth that i do not have my title and that i want my title.Spring told me there must be some thing going on and that i should recieve it shortly.I pointed out to her the paper work on my home that i bought was not correct.The paper work says derose and the home i bought was a amherst.Says so on the front of my home as well as the dimensions are not right.Spring told me ah that is why you have not received the title . I as well told her i need the serial number to my home.Spring told me it was on me to find it.We at that time were standing with as well 3 of there maintenance men.I said i am saposta find my serial number to a home you sold me? She said she cant help me.I then asked David Graves as well as the other 2 men if they would find the number on my home.I then was told by them in front of Spring and Ruth no they would not help ,not there job. After this is when i started having break in's to my home.All ways when i let to go to the store,yet nothing was taken,Things were broken and moved around my home every time and some one was scaring my animals. It got so bad on Jan 5th 2013 i went to my neighbors and ask them to watch my home and call the police if they see any one at my place who did not belong there .I as well reported this to Ruth. On Wed jan 30thapon arriving home from shopping with a friend.I noticed my water faucets that i was told to leave on because of freezing temps had been turned off with in my home, kitchen as well as bathroom, Some one had forced there way into my home prying the front door open. I then went out side as well fount my water to my home at the parks main had been shut off. My house phone would not dial 911 so my friend drove me to the mount morris police dpt.They were closed and had no call box of any kind.My friend said he did have a cell phone and asked would i like him to call 911 and see what is going on with this dpt? I said yes,then when the 911 dispatcher came on he asked me to talk with her.I told her where i lived and stated i had a break in,she told me i was -tho i lived in mount morris ,they did not govern my area and in fact i needed stetford troopers.She asked would i like them to come to my home for a report and i said yes .She dispatched them to my home. While i waited at home,my other friend who lives in the park called and said she say 2 maintenance men at my home going all over my home and going several times to my door and they dissapeered at that point.She lost visual but stated her niece as well saw them and just wanted me to know some thing was going on. I told her my home was broken into and that the troopers were on there way and if the troopers wanted,could they speak with her for a statement? She said yes they can talk with her and her niece. I then told the troopers who came to my home what was going on.I showed them the door, I asked if they thought i was being terrorized so i would just leave, i told them as well about the fake papers i had for this home and no title and felt i was being force to leave,They told me to hide all my papers as that might be in fact what they are looking for ect. I as well after the police left went back thru all my documents and found more errors and incorrect papers. So the next day my friend drove me to the states office who they them selfs pulled up the information i had on the house that was on my paper work.They said i do not own that home.It is in fact in another persons name .Many more things have gone on since then. The Maintenance men or man shut off my water.I went to office again today and asked them to turn back on my water and ask why they had locked my water. I was told by Spring i did not have a lock and they did not know who would turn my water back on.We were at the office 1/2 hr before they closed.They all went into the back room and started laughing and i hurd one of the guys say i not turning it on. After 10 mins of whos not going to do it,Spring came back out of the office and said some one will be right there .And i waited in the cold with my friend for some guy who is not a maintenance personal who road up on a bicycle who could not see how to turn the water on.Then he said he would be right back and left. About 10 more mins passed and he came back.He told me there not going to do it.He also said it is the law i have heat tape on my pipes and that there main was frozen .I told him it is not the law in michigan to have heat tape and i do have heat tape on my pipes as it is brand new and was just put on this past week. He asked if i would be home tomorrow and he as well stated to my self and my friend that no one even wants to come to my home and i said well i dont want any of you here ether,but i want my water on. He still kept asking when i would be home tomorrow and i asked him what time are you going to be here. I got no where with this guy who ever he is and i told him i was going to call the state inspector.The guy left and i went in side and placed a nother call asking for a state trooper to come out as to my water being shut off and the refusal to turn my water back on feb 7th 2013. Now my friend who told the police pryer about the guys at my home is as well being harrassed, They drive by my home and hers daily over and over. They park in unocupied lots across from our home and just sit there and watch our home's. Still to this day i have no tittle for my home, I have fake papers on my home.State tax i was charged for my home and a title fee i all ready paid, My home is constantly being broken into and they have shut off my water and refused to turn it on as well as sitting across from my home daily now watching me. The office personal Spring and Ruth are apart of everything going on with fraud and harassment as far as i can tell.They are trying to force me out of my home and refuse to give me the title to my home and refuse to correct false papers they signed.
