north hill auto mall sold me a vehicle that lasted 4 months bad business ethics pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

i bought a vehicle late feb. from Regis Mannek, it had a 141,838 miles on it, i drove it for only four months up to 143,200, then after buying the car for 3000, and putting 1500 into the vehicle after one month, the engine blew on me, I saw his ad in auto trader, and it read 2000 chevy 100,000 mile when i got there that was not the case, how ever he told me he stands by every one of his vehicles they are all guaranteed,pre- own and certified, one week after having the vehicle i called him explaining the problems, he told me not to go over 50 speed limit, and hung up on me, after that i could not get him back on the phone, so i did a little research on this man and his company found out he's been in jail for fraud and ripping off multiple of costumers. he also has multiple reports on him at the better business bureau, including the one i just recently filed, i don't and can't understand after all these complaints, and all the time he spent in jail how he is still aloud to sell these ticking time bombs, how he is still license to sell the vehicles, it amazes me how the system of auto sales works. i would just like to get the word out there he's a true crook, and the consumers needs to stay away.
