Okay it was like this i got a quote from them which was $498. Okay then I called them to make the arrangements. They told me I had to make the deposit to get them to work which was $150, signed the contract. Okay so that leaves a balance of $350. I knew the price could go up some.!
But why did the driver call me and say that No it was $600! I'm like that's almost double the price that remains. And that guy told me that the $150 comes out of the price and I said okay. Lie number one, number two is when he told me that his driver broke down which i know is false because several other individuals on another website says that he told them the very same thing that was told to me. It's all lies and being dishonest. Then another thing he told me was that it was an enclosed trailer i asked for an open one.? That's why it was so much! I'm like he had two and a half weeks to find me a driver. He Never called once he got my credit card number. There were no emails as promised, no contact about the driver mishap, nothing until the 6th the day it was supposed to get picked up and that was because the driver told me it was $600. I had to call him and leave a message then he called back with that bogus story. I just want all of this stealing and scamming to slowly go away. I just feel like this, if my car was supposed to get picked up on the 6th there is supposed to be a driver already. Therefore i want a refund, number three of the contract says if the car has not been dispatched out to a driver a person can get the refund back because he is not holding a spot in that truck yet. And later on that day another driver calls me from another carrier company talking about they were called by park avenue they never found me a driver in three weeks almost! Throughout those weeks, I never got not one call from that guy! I honored my agreement, they should have honored theirs.
