Norris Barnes Ruined my Garage Doors and Siding Joliet, Illinois

Mr. Barnes was hired to seal our driveway. He got sealant splashed onto my garage doors, siding and side walks. He sealed the driveway without first patching the cracks. When he returned to address our concerns I explained to him that I want the cracks patched and sealant applied over the entire driveway. I also asked that he clean up the mess he made on my garage and the sidewalks. He tried to tell me that he already sealed the drive and patching was extra. I told him I don't mind paying for the patching, but the patching needed to be done before the sealing, that if he patched, he would need to re-seal the whole drive. He walked off in a huff. I asked him to at least clean up his mess, and he left without doing so. I have tried many cleaners, and solvents and I can not get the mess off my garage doors or siding, There are footprints on my sidewalks because he was too sloppy to care to not mess things up. He does not know that the industry standard for this work is to Patch First, then apply Sealant. He as caused more damage by being sloppy and not knowing his trade that the whole job was worth.
