Nolan Passick the St.Joseph, MI, Elkhart, IN, Florida Businessman This "businessman" is/was another of Buck Freeman Reed's right hand boys. This guy scammed 100's of thousands of dollars not only selling dreams with Buck Reed but with his wife Tiffany Ann Passick, in Via Viente, and Equinox.
But in 'business' is where Nolan really took the CAKE! Nolan, or should i use his real name NOLAND Q. PASSICK. Funny how all these "scammers" go by 2 or more names. Buck Reed, Freeman Buck Reed, Freeman Reed, what is it?! Anyway, Noland Q Passick or Nolan whichever you prefer, has opened about 15 businesses over the years. From Rhino Enterprises llc, to Nolan and Associates llc, Easychairs llc, The Cooperative Edge Magazine llc, In Living Home furnishings llc, always covering himself with the LLC!! He is known for procuring business partners or an actual partnership in business or just using them for cash. His last few relationships have went sour and even been to court for actually trying to sell his business without his partners signature!!! The Cooperative Edge Magazine was opened as a glorified coupon magazine business with Buck Reed as a minor investor. He scammed several family's and friends and business investors, out of 10's of thousands of dollars, promising payouts, different regions they were "franchising" as part of the payout because they were going to be a nationwide franchise baby, yeah!! 75k here, 50k there. Screwed a few of Bucks refferrals, with Buck getting his cut of course. Then this guy, the businessman, Nolan, trys to sell the business out from under his 50/50 partner Matthew R. Kleizo!! Got a huge lump sum from a California businessman and then they all ended up in court for 2 years fighting over a worthless business with pumped up numbers!! Now there is a stand up guy! He left a local St.Joseph, MI business holding the bag for advertising that was paid for, and then stopped printing his magazine! Then he stiff's a local printing co. for 40 grand for printing their trashbag magazine!
OH and thats not all. He had furniture businesses too! In Living Furniture Home Furnishings with partner Jim B. Jim had some problems with the law and goes to jail. Nolan the 'businessman' cleans out the business of all the co-owned furniture while his partner is in jail and sells it out of a storage unit and pockets the cash!! How do you like me now Jim-bo?!
Next he opens another furniture business called Second Best furnishings and scams another partner! In business today? Take a guess..... Whats even more weird is the poor fella had his house foreclosed and now lives with his mother!! Poor guy.
Next for Nolan Passick, Legacy RV in Elkhart, IN just google them! Totally screws over his next business partner Scott and accuses him of theft!! Then hires employees and doesnt pay them!! So just in case you see this guy walking the streets in Stevensville, MI, you will know who you are dealing with. Dont say i didnt warn you!

You really need to get your facts straight. I did work with Buck Reed in MLM (network marketing) in Via Viente until he was forced to leave via viente. You name one person that got scammed in that company JUST ONE. Because you can't. And my name is Nolan Q. Passick. I see YOU were to afraid to put your name in here. Why is that? Maybe your facts don't add up and your to much of a sissy to stand by your word???
Let's talk about Business. Wow 15 different ones where do you get that number? Buck Reed has NEVER been my partner in any business period. Nor has he ever introduced me to anyone that invested money. 75k here, 50k there from who?? Where are your names of these people??That's what I thought you don't have ANY. Who's the guy that paid huge money for the magizine and how much? Oh you don't have that either. Least you got the court right with matthew R. kleizo as you put it. He TRIED to sue me but it just didn't work for him and he still owes his lawyer 25k. The magizine was sold because kleizo was/is a crackhead. And nobody held the bag for the magizine. Do your research first. InLiving home furnishings Had a good run with that too. My partner Jim Bogner Jr. didn't just have problems with the law. Him and his partners stoled $40, 000 from the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo Mi. and denied it all the way to court and 16 months in PRISION. Go to www.casinotheft.com and read it for your self. Second Best has never had a partner. You just make stuff up as you go along. LOL And yes it's still in business why don't you stop by and say hi. By the way my mom has been passed away for almost 6 years. I can only wish I was living with her. Again do your research. Once again I never had a partner in Legacy RV look it up nor did I hire brandon to do a website. Do your research.

| He scammed us on our furniture and mattress, which were not only knockoffs but when we looked inaide the bottom of our couch it has been broken and then repaired an we were never told!! I have know of him for years through mutual friends and he is a scammer and has also worked with buck on several "buisness" venture! His wife was also by his side through ALL of it! She is now involved in the "It works" buisness, know wonder i thought it was a scam the first time i heard about it! |

Its funny how Nolan can put together a website against Buck when he is just as guilty. Karma is a bitch Nolan. You did the same thing as Buck did in 15 hits. You took peoples money and called Bob Krimm and told him to take what you supposedly earned in your 15 hits account to open up a new account for each person you took money from in your team in Via Viente. Instead of you getting into the same trouble you were the front runner telling on Buck for doing the same thing! Your just as big of a piece of shit.
You did own businesses with Buck. You also owned property with him in Eagle Point Harbour all the way up until he slept with your wife. LOL.. You have never started a company by yourself your to stupid to do anything by yourself. You bring on a partner then rip them off. You did it to Matthew and Jim and will do it to whoever you go in business with. You are the biggest liar in St. Joseph. Its funny how its starting to catch up with you. You should not throw stones when you live in a glass house!
One thing that I can tell anyone that is thinking of doing business with Nolan Quentin Passick DONT! He will rip you off! Period! Tiffany will pretend like she does not know but she is right there with him. Just like Rene is with Buck. They will pretend to be your friend and then scam you right behind your back! They are the worst kind of thieves and liars! BEWARE!!

| Jodie40 thats kind of funny. Why wouldn't you be smart enough and take it back to the store? I've sold furniture for 10 years and never had you come complain about it. We have never fixed furniture it would of got sent back to the manufacture and replaced with a new one. It's really that simple.I think it's funny you go by a different name instead of your real name so you can hide. yep I did work with buck in several mlm companys and we did own land together and sold for a profit. With your mutual friends YOU should know when and why I quit being friends with buck. When he took over 100k in cash from our Amish group thats when. Not my website!!! 15 hits big difference in buck taking peoples cash and NOT sending it to bob crimm and I had people send it to bob direct .buck got terminated from via cause of he took peoples cash and did not send it to bob crimm and the girls in California reported it to via not me. Call Craig Keeland for yourself and find out the truth. never owned one business with buck only worked in mlms and we did own land in eagle point. WOW you got one right. As far as buck slepping with my wife if that were true he wouldn't have to worry about the FBI cases againts him. If you really know me I wish you would say that to my face and see how long it would take you to get to Lakeland. LOL On my companys yes I did start them whats your W2's say?
