I purchased my vehicle in September 2010. After putting 1700.00 down I have had nothing but problems from my vehicle!! It went back to the shop three days after I bought it. The rear end was making a vibrating noise and a very annoying whining sound (which it still does)!!! They kept my vehicle for a total of two weeks and told me I could come to the Terrell location to get a rental at no cost. I drove all the way from Emory to get the rental and when I got there they told me that someone else had it!!!!!!!!! So now I have no vehicle! Yet they demand that I still make my payment. My windshield wiper motor quit working, the power outlets do not work, the vibrating sound is back and while they had my vehicle someone broke my remote to lock my doors! The remote is the only way to open the glass on the rear of the vehicle but now I have to pay 65.00 to get a new remote because "it was like that when they took the vehicle"!!!!!!! BS!!!! This place is a freaking joke!! I have already warned everyone I know and everyone my family knows: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!! No wonder there is a sign posted at the payment window that if any threats are made the police will be called!!!!! LOL
