AAA Nevada Insurance Company Fails to provide proper service to customers Henderson, Nevada

I have had insurance with this company for several years. A few years ago I got a ticket for suspended registration. I contacted the dmv in Carson City and was told they had no record of insurance on my vehicle. I contacted AAA and they said they failed to notify dmv when I changed from Allstate to AAA. They said they would take care of the problem. Which they did. However, there were 2 cars on the policy and they only notified re 1 car. My son then got the same ticket and they told him they took care of it. Now 2 1/2 years later he finds out that he owes a $1400 fine to Henderson PD for the ticket and AAA has refused to do anything about this even though it was caused by their mistake. On top of this our premium goes up by about 15% at every renewal and we have had no tickets or accidents that was our fault. My son is now looking at paying a fine or possible jail time due to AAA not doing their job although we are paying for that protection. He has a clean driving record with no tickets except the one caused by AAA negligence. Needless to say I will be looking for another insurance company.
