If you are considering purchasing a NINER bike BEWARE!! The warranty is only 2 years. If you loose your receipt they will not honor warranty. BIKE FRAME CRACKED - See below how they treat their customers:
This is the response I received from customers service. Trek or Specialized are interested in customer loyalty.

Paul,

I forwarded your email to Brett, he replied to me that we
need the proof of purchase from you to warranty this frame. I am trying
to give you the best customer service I can and I do believe that I am doing
just that. We have conditions to our warranty process and one of those
conditions is that you need to provide a proof of purchase. You can find
that information on page 11 of our Niner Owners Handbook which I have attached
to this email. I am sorry if you feel that you are not being treated
unfairly but my hands are tied on this. I cannot start a warranty without
valid proof of purchase.
