!!BE WARNED!!
'Newmont Trading Pty Ltd' - 'PBX300 - is one very questionable company!!!
The owner, 'Kevin Roy Dexter' registered his company as an Australian Proprietary Company in May 2013 - ABN 88163647765 and licensed as a 'Security Advisor' yet, apparently, 'Newmont Trading Pty Ltd' has operated for 13 years and the company has 1500 people working in their office ???. Their office is located at Garden City Park, 2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains ???. Upon further investigation, their office is in a building which rents virtual offices...one very ambiguous identity.
After multiple phone conversations with "James ?" and "Michael ?" who promised race selections from the PBX300 softwareof a Saturday morning, the company has failed to contact me (emails) with these and they can not be contacted by phone on Saturdays. Without the race selections, I haven't a bet to place!
After much hassling for previous week's results, I was sent the last three months of results (no company header) which are underwhelming in comparison to the results detailed in their glossy brochure (incorrect date and a week missing).
Could this be Larry Pickering ?? or his 'mates' (Kevin Roy Dexter) latest scam ???...
I have reported to the Office of Fair Trading, Queensland. |

I have just recieved a PBX300 Brochure and it looks fantastic. I have been constantly called by a person called John Wilson to sign up. But! now i have read your comments and having been taken for a ride before I think I will let this oportunity pass. thanks for the info.

| PBX300 have done nothing but lie to us from day one. Took our money, some of which I was told was for our TAB account. After trying for our "welcome pack" to be sent to us or a running sheet of how much we had in our account, more lies were told. They have said that they have just come back from the post office after sending it, then when I didn't receive it they had put the wrong address on it. I enquired about my balance and was told a figure then today after talking to Ross, I have nothing because I didn't open up a TAB account. I was told that they were placing my bets for me but Ross says no. When questioning what I had been told in the past he says I can't answer for them. Please DO NOT ENTER into any agreement with them. You will be very disappointed. |

Please report your experience to the police and ACCC and ASIC. I suggest that you write out in detail your dealings, and forward your information onto these authorities.
These scammers recently wrote me a threatening letter stating that they would take court action against me if I did not remove these sites. Interestingly the letter was not even signed. Looking forward to see if they come good with their threats. I doubt it very much.
