On 2/17/2011 I paid NeWavEssays.com an amount of $43.90 for an essay to be completed in 2 days and emailed to me. They accepted my payment and never sent me an essay, or responded to my inquiries if I would receive a refund or a paper. Today's date is 3/3/2011 and I never heard from this company again. I have kept all correspondence and receipts from this company. NeWavEssay sent me update emails stating that the status on my essay was being completed. At about 2 am in the morning the day after my essay was due, I received an email from said owner Sean Priestley stating that they believed their email address - [email protected] was being filtered out of my email to receive my essay. However, I had already received 2 updated emails from this exact address already. Sean continue to state that I should respond to [email protected] to confirm receipt that I am receiving his email to send paper through to me. In addition, he stated that they have lost my initial instructions and for me to resend them! This is a day after my paper was due and I had been receiving emails that it was being worked on! I responded to his email immediately to confirm receipt and requested that I either receive paper immediately or a refund it due to me. I never have received a paper, a response or a refund from this company since. I have sent them numerous complaint letters to both address and have not received a response period. I can send you all correspondence to and from NeWavEssays.com and receipts of my payment.
Please help me receive a refund of my $43.90 as I am a college student and this money was to spent on my groceries and gas. I was not feeling well, and I had a large project due and this essay was part of it to help me out. The professor gave me an extension to complete it, and I relied on NeWavEssay to help me out. I received only half a grade from my professor. The important issue here is that this company has scammed me and will scam others out of their hard earned money. I hope to alert other consumers if that is all that comes out this. A refund is expected and fair too! Thank you.
