New World Media Group sent me a package of tapes and books by UPS. They charged my checking account 79.99 for the package. I sent the package to them by regular mail and contacted them. They told me I would be refunded I waited a month and receive nothing I again contacted them. I was informed that because I did not send it back correctly that I was not going to receive a refund. I was able to get the package back from the post office and sent it to them according to their instructions by UPS and I again waited. I received a letter that I would receive credit to their company to by more products from them. I contacted them and told them I did not want any products from their company and wanted my monies back. They informed me that they were not going to send me a refund. I received a letter from them today again trying to get me to buy their products I contacted them and again told them that I did not want their products and wanted my monies back. The first lady I spoke to hung up the phone on me after I asked to speak to her supervisor. I called back and spoke to someone else and was informed that there was no supervisor that I could speak to and either I buy some product from them or I was just out the monies. I told her I never opened the package and wanted to receive my monies back she stated that even though I sent the package back intact that it did not matter that I was not receiving money back. I am tired of fighting with this company and being told that I could do nothing and that the law would also not do anything. THank You
