This company is a joke. Do NOT order anything from them unless you just want to throw away your money, because you will NOT get a refund. I ordered Ageless Male and Triple Action Virility. I took them for a couple of weeks, noticed no difference and returned them. Only problem is, New Vitality said it was over 30 days - so NO REFUND! Including the shipping and return shipping they don't even give you any time to try the product; therefore, they will NEVER have to issue a refund. They sent me a copy of when the products were supposedly delivered to me, but it's their word against mine since I never signed for anything. This company is an absolute JOKE and they should rot in h**l!!! |

In response to your complaint, New Vitality followed our standard policy and procedure with the customer as outlined below:
We market our line of natural health and cosmeceutical products over the TV, radio and via our website. As stated by you an order via our website on May 3, 2011 for 2 of our male supplements Ageless Male and Triple Action Virility Support which was shipped on May 4, 2011. The products were delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service) on May 19, 2011 at 10:54 am. Our packages don’t require signature on delivery. However, they have a tracking number associated which shows and confirms delivery of the packages via USPS.
The website clearly explains the terms of the Preferred Customer Program and our 30 day return policy which starts from the date of delivery. The return instructions are also printed on the invoice that is sent along with the product. The exact verbiage of the policy is provided below:
Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee beginning the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must call Customer Service at 1-800-943-6465 Monday through Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Our guarantee is as follows: We only allow one open bottle within the first 30 days along with the remaining sealed bottles to be returned for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling.) When returning your package please insure it. New Vitality is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally all orders that are shipped and returned to New Vitality as refused/unclaimed will be assessed a mandatory re-stocking fee of $3. The re-stocking fee is charged in addition to shipping & handling charges that are deducted from the purchase price of the product ordered.
You never contacted us to let us know about the product and just decided to return the open/used product back for refund which was received back on July 18, 2011, way over 30 days from the date of delivery. We are always going to do our absolute best to accommodate our customers. Within that structure is setting fair guidelines and policies so we are able to continue to provide customers with great products, prices, and services. With our return policy being extremely lenient and consumer friendly compared to industry standards, we simply ask that they are followed the way the policy states. Therefore, in this situation, a delivery date of May 19th, 2011 allows you to return the bottle by the latest June 19, 2011. Open or closed you still receive a full product refund. Returning the product so we receive it July 18, 2011 is not compliant to that policy and we apologize if that is not convenient for you.
We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction. I appreciate your posting! I figured that this place was a scam immediately following the undeliverable e-mail that I sent to [email protected]. My concerns was regarding the listing of side effects, so I e-mailed the company and then received the undeliverable response.
SCAMMERS!! Website is very questionable. Looks like a template that I work with from so many other web site templates.

Thank you for you postings. I was getting ready to order this for my husband. I am so happy I researched it before I ordered. Thank GOD people take the time to post their findings. It saves alot of people from being scammed. Thirty days is not enough time to take the product to see if it works and return the unused portion. If this really is a legit product, it would be money back guarantee, no matter what. Thank you again for your postings! |
