New Vitality Sent products not ordered, reneged on agreement Farmingdale, New York

The product this company produces to reduce or eliminate dark circles under eyes is 100% ineffective. I called and asked them to send no further shipments after the free trial, and the request was ignored, and another shipment was sent.
After calling customer service the rep. would not take no for an answer, and insisted i keep the product and continue to give it time. Reluctanly, I did. he promised an extension of the trial period, with a full refund if not completely satisfied.
After this extension there continued to be no results whatsoever. I called customer service asking for my refund, and was given some -double speak about how that would not be possible.
Stay away from this scam. Free trial offers for worthless products can be very costly.

I am deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.

We do not automatically apply a charge and shipment to your credit card after the first order has shipped, that will only happen if you desire to get a discount on future orders by signing up for our "Super Saver Program".
