Neighbors Moving & Storage over charges will not answer phone calls Internet, Internet

We used this company recently for moving of household and transport of a vehicle. Deposits were paid as requested, payments were paid as requested. Total money for the move and for the vehicle was requested from neighbors and was paid as requested. We had problems from the beginning. The movers did not show up when promised, the car was not picked up when promised. After the deposit had been paid the movers requested the balance before they would pick up the things from the home. This was not part of the agreement. After agreeing to half of the balance and the other half on delivery they were still three days over the promised delivery date The movers collected the balance on the entire amount including the car on arrival to the new location. Then when the driver showed up with the car another payment was requested. During this entire process the gentleman that made the arrangements would not answer our calls No one is making an effort to resolve this matter. The total for the moving the house and the transport for the car which was requested was suppose to come to 3700 dollars they have been paid 3750 and the driver still wanted to collected money from us upon delivery. The company collected money for the transport of the car but the driver has not been paid and is hold us accountable for getting the money back from the company to pay him. We are still waiting to hear from someone to resolve the issue involving the car. They will not return phone calls. I would not refer this company to anyone.
