In my opinion this company acted in a completely fraudulent manner in dealing with the moving of my fiancee. I would strongly warn anyone dealing with these people to think very hard before utilizing their services. They lied to me and my fiancee pretty much from the start. Their binding quote became 3 times as much during the time of pickup. They did not arrive on the day that was scheduled. This was done in my opinion because they knew my fiancee, the owner of the house, was not going to be there and would be halfway across the country in a plane. When told how they had threatened my elderly father in law to sign a new flat rate fee for 86 cents or the household items would not be delivered, he reluctantly did so.

When recontacted by the company two days after pickup, were told the cost was $3400 and not $1390, and that the only way we could regain custody of our property would be if they delivered it for the $3400. Otherwise they would keep it in a warehouse and charge us fees.

Companies like these I have found out undercharge in estimates, so they can then come back and say that the weight is more when they are at your door, and then charge you more because their original estimate was too low. Thus anything over the original estimate can be charged at a higher rate which they use. This matter is not over with on my part. They lied several times on the phone to us about numerous things, are deceptive and in my opinion are criminals. Use them and be ready for the games that follow.
