Need 4 digital Digital Elect Pushy, bait and switch, boggus return policy, upsell, liers Internet

Two people from our family ordered Cybershot photo cameras and several accessories from Need 4 Digital and Digital Elect. The sales person (Jeremy) was extremely pushy - he insisted on all kind of upgrades that we did not need. He was playing with the numbers while talking fast during our conversation, juggling the words as if he was conduction some kind of an auction. Finally, he gave me the "package price", emphasizing that all of the accessories I ordered will come at a significantly reduced price. Ha, It was $200 more expensive. The First thing We notices about this company was that We did not get a conformation letter. Then an Email came asking us both to call because the order was not filled out correctly. When I called him, he asked if I had meant to order two camera. I said no. He then went on to upsell me with items I didn't need. (He went into a line that this camera did not come with a battery and I would need to upgrade to a longer lasting battery.) Luckily for me, I had a friend who had purchased this camera and loved it. I called her and she said the battery was fine. I called the company back and told them I would cancell and he guarnteed me a price guarnteed. I smelled a rat and then went on line to look for reviews and boy, did I see the negative reviews. Since then, recently our daughter, used this company and the same results happened. Our daughter had the same thing happen to her, but the company changed the name from digital elect to need4digital. This company.... person... needs to be stopped.
