NCE Unified One Unified Health One 300 is a complete scam, they take your money, making health insurance sound affordable until you receive the packet |

I was doing an online search for health insurance that was affordable and cheap for a single mom of two kids because i thought i was losing my current insurance. Kevin Tetti called me and offered me this great deal. Unified One for 309 a month, no deductible, unlimited office visits a year, prescription coverage, the whole nine yards. There was a 99.00 application fee. No problem, right. For that deal who could pass all that up especially when they covered pre-existing conditions as well. I received the welcome package in the mail. Read the material. Office copays were $50.00 per visit and max were 5 visits per year. Prescription coverage was a discount card, not actual coverage. Was told I could email anytime and receive an answer 1/2/2013 I emailed them, here it is 1/22/2013, no answer. I called all the numbers I have for them, says sorry this number is unavailable, please check the number you dialed and try again. So I call Kevin Tetti to tell him I want to cancel because he said I could call him anytime with any problems, questions, or concerns. He tells me I am reading the materials wrong. Becomes sarcastic with me and tells me I am dialing the number wrong because he just called the number from his cell phone and it said please wait for the next available representative and I would have to call the number listed on the card to cancel. Now I have looked at the number several times already to make sure I was dialing the number correctly. I only have 10 days after the start of my benefit period to cancel for a full refund minus the application fee. The only problem is all the numbers are disconnected. This company is a hoax. Kevin Tetti is a rude, sarcastic liar. He is getting rich off stealing from innocent people like me who are too stupid to ask the right questions because I was in an emotional period of my life at that time and not thinking clearly. I am filing a fraud complaint against this company since this seems to be my only alternative to getting my $400.00 back since Kevin Tetti is of no help and lying through his thick skull and sarcasm that can be heard through the phone. So people please I hope you read this before looking for insurance and do not ever take insurance called unified one!!!! |
