At the time of their finding, the licenses of PAUL GWAZ WAS EXPIRED. EXPIRED MEAN DEAD, HOW CAN ANYONE MAKE A DETERMINATION ON THE DEAD? THE DEAD CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES! The following is a request made to the commission with the only response was to have my attorney contact them? Ha ha, My attorney is Jesus Christ, when He contacts them, it will be with a sword, upon His return! This request is made pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C., §552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. §552a (d) (1) for a full disclosure and release of all records and/or data contained in the files of your Department and/or Agency under my name and/or “identifier” PAUL R. GWAZ. This request sought herein is for any contact with Kathleen Duncan, any and all attorneys, and any contact Pamela M. Vesper and /or Auditor/Investigator, has had contact with anyone plus any direct or indirect monitoring, syping, electronic or otherwise concerning Paul R. Gwaz, (aka Paul Ronald Gwazdauskas) with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission especially unsolicited contacts and the investigator has made. Bond Information, and/or Commercial Crimes Bonding Information, and/or Case Bonding Information, and/or Commercial Crimes Bonding Certification, 5 U.S.C. §552 (a)(2)(A)(B) of records that are secured and maintained by your Department and/or Agency. 2. Upon further Investigation of Case 06-256 I specifically and expressly deny being given a fair and impartial hearing and expressed that I had asked for a delay in the hearing due to lost contact with the attorney (Larry Gilliam) I hired and paid for to represent me since he moved to another city. I specifically and expressly deny the existence of fair and equal treatment because the remedy the parties to the contracts by their own admission they tried to obtain a trial in a court of law and were denied as the contracts stated that any dispute would be settled by Arbitration. The rules of Arbitration were to keep all the information confidential. The Real
Estate Commission of NC and investigator were apprised of these facts and yet went on with the hearing and conclusion and made their ruling public. There was an omission of THE RECORD that we agreed upon settlement and that was never mention in the finding of facts and all parties agreed they were made whole. By the Commissions willful omission The RECORD is made incomplete and is compromised. The Commission received and made private information and agreements public. I have been damaged and continue suffer damage by the Commission and the Auditor/Investigator, Pamela M. Vesper, actions of unsolicited contacting friends and business associates. Therefore the Commission is BREACH of the PUBLIC TRUST. You and/or your officers, employees, deputies, assistants, representatives, receivers,servants and/or agents, have illegally and unlawfully conspired with Kathleen Duncan to seized, steal, retained and are believed still to be in unlawful possession, custody, and/or control of Real Property, and
personal property belonging to the undersigned Paul R. Gwaz . Organizations, and Agents have been forbidden from using my name or likeness in any of the Official Record.
