Nationwide ADR Collection Agency ADR Firm Harrassment at Workplace Camarillo, California |
29th of Apr, 2011 by User487852 |
I was called in the office by my supervisor in reference to a called she received from a company called ADR Firm, which is Nationwide ADR Collection Agency. She spoke to Drew Jackson from the company. He told her that he was looking for me to serve court papers in reference to a personal matter. He had been calling my work, harassing my coworkers about me. Drew Jackson had called on several occasions. I have not heard about this company before then. Nationwide ADR Firm had not contacted me at home or mailed me a letter. I checked my mail from the previous months, and have not received a single letter from them. I think that this was cold hearted of Drew Jackson to called my workplace and speak to my supervisor. His only mission was to put pressure on me with my supervisor and to get me in trouble at work. Drew Jackson should be ashamed of himself. I think that China should hire him to work for them. I think he would go after our government in reference to the debt that we owe them. James |

The same thing happened to me. This guy named Terry Burk called my house and cell number to make threats. He told my daughter I was going to go to jail if I didn't return his call. He was screaming when he left his message on my cell phone, and he threatened to have me served. When I called ADR to complain about the debt collection practices of Mr. Burk, they said that he worked independently from their company. I told them that didn't matter, since he was essentially working for them.
After they looked up the information under my name, they realized they had the wrong person. And they terrorized my daughter for no reason whatsoever. There is a hot place in He// for people like that. |

On Jan 13 2012, I received a call from a terry Burke saying he had court papers and was going to serve me if I did not call a phone number to get a release. I called the number and the company greeting was Nationwide. They said I was being charged and I needed to make payment arrangements. In a moment of week ness I gave out my debit card number for a future payment date. I checked and had no mail correspondence from this firm. I changed my debit card number. When they called again because the card did not go through, they threaten to have me served. I mentioned that they had not send me notification of the debt, they replied that they are not debt collection agency but a mediation firm. I did received another phone call from somebody else saying that they are going to serve me unless I call a phone for a release. It is a different phone number but same claim number. |
