Nationstar Candace Jackson Incompedent, inebt, and just not doing her job Internet, Texas

I have a short sale pending with Nationstar Bank, Candace Jackson is the person who is handling from Nationstar. I hava cash buyer since January and he is a serious cash busy as he has changed his date on the contract 6 times. Candace has done nothing but sent the wrong papers to Mi, clamis she doesn't look at comps, states she does not follow up to ensure docs are received. In Feburary she sent the wrong file to MI and it took 2 months for her to state we neen the LLC information. 1st, she stated she never looks at comps, well how do you know what the area is selling for, she is in Texas and I am in Arizona. 2nd, can not reach her, voice mailbox full, and she doesn't return calls, per Candace, I do not have time for that. 3rd, sent incorrect file to MI--No LLC..the buyer is a private inverstor. Cash. Now 5 days from Trustee sale she finally sent the correct paperwork (I think) to MI, but refused to call MI to see if it was recevied, and to get approved before sale date. 4th, she has give 2 different names to us as to th person handling at MI--will not say who she emailed the paperwork to, and refuses to call MI as she says she doesn't have time for that. 5th-Candace calims will not be asking for an extension as she has not heard back from MI--correct as they are waiting onthe correct paperwork. Candace has cost me my Credit, a rentor who was going to rent back from the buyer has to move at the end of a school year. The cash buyer looses an investment. and her Company still has this property on the books. This woman should be held accountable for her actions, or should I say inactions.
