I was approach by phone. They receive my attention by give free gift for Red Lobster/Oliver Garden gift card and free airfare ticket. It was told to me this is not a timeshare and that I can book a condo anywhere over the world. Looking at a long preceptive and thinking about taking my kids to Disney. I turn it down about five time then was convince that I may come out cheaper purchase the package which was 6921.00 and 320.00fee every year. I'm thinking once I pay the 6921.00 in full I don't have to pay for a hotel or condo for the rest of my life my kids life and their kids life. It was an five star purchase and was set on an automatic draft for a monthly payment. What I did not know is it reports on your credit if late. Not only that it consider as a equity line of credit. (which is mortgage loan) It was not present to me at the time of purchase. We had to do a deposit of 360.00 which was a check. When I try to cancel service within 30 days they stated the check was already submitted and that I'm a member so I left it at that and when I tried to use the service that's when I was not able to use their service and the company was still automatic drafting out my account. When I was not able to utilize their service. I attempt to make contact to do a settlement which I felt like I should not be doing because they was in breach of contract and material misrepresentation. I had to find out everything the hard way. I did not accept the settlement due to what they wanted to settle for which was only a couple hundred from the balance. I then attempt again to get a solution. That did not work so report to BBB in all their area and was appointed to attorney general. Due to the fact it consider as a mortgage fraud. When I stop the automatic draft they started to report negative on my credit. I found out when I was trying to purchase a house that the banks view it as a mortgage line of credit which was not present at the time. They damage my credit to the max and still trying to get this contract cancel to to FDCPA violation. They are located in different area and the Fort Mill office was close down so I'm having to dispute at the KS office. I would say run away as fast as you can. As I continue to do my research I see bad complaint and just a view good. I can honestly say I had the worse experience of my life plus the damage it did to my credit. I'm so emotional stress and still dealing with it as we speak. Looking for an attorney to get this work out however its hard due to this area don't have lawyers that specialize in this area.
