National Insurance Agency NIA kept renewals, changed contracts, didn't pay on time then quit paying altogether Internet, Texas |

I had a 100% vested contract with NIA (National Insurance Agency). Every time I submitted business according to their specifications and a policy was issued, I had to call three times to get my "daily" commissions two or three weeks later. I tried for three years to get out of the contract because I wanted to transfer to another agency. They refused. They would send a check then not send one for monhs even though I had several clients on the books. Now they cancelled my contract because I haven't written in 120 days because they wont pay me and they are keeping my "vested" renewals. Too many lies are told to get you in and its almost impossible to get out. |

That is weird? I have worked with them for the past year and I have to say, NIA is the only reason that I am still an agent. My production has increased and I am now getting paid via EFT almost everyday. I just recieved my first renewal check 3 weeks ago. I have refered 7 agents to National Insurance Agency and they too have had nothing but great things to say. You haven't written business in over 120 days? How do you survive? |

This is Larry McClendon, President, the above comment is pure slander. How can you change a contract. We are in the process seeking out the party who published this defamitory statement and will file suit against them.
We operate with only the best of the best, if you are a sleazy agent, sleazy manager hiiring, not supporting, not training your agents, your out.
NIA will not do business with any sub par agent or manager or employee for that matter.
NIA National Insurance has for over a decade and 1/2 paid renewals, advanced compensation and will continue to do so.
It is sad to see the bandits in this industry attempt to go from organization to organization with their old methods of rolling business for new advances, little to no experience but a heavy background in dishonesty and attempts to take an agency or carrier for advance commissions and run.
Not at NIA they wont...Again, we only work with the best agents, best employees, best managers. The fallout and casualties can work for any sleazy organization they want to but it will not be NIA.
Sincerely,
Larry G. McClendon |

We pay every day, never had does anyone have to call, you are full of bull and out to slander the name and any agent who works for NIA knows they receive daily EFT's.
Take your slander. enjoy it, we will find out who you are and deal with you.

I can assure you this is not an agent from National Insurance.
1) No one has to call for daily payroll
2) If they wanted to move, they are free to go unless there is a debit.
3) This post is full of lies, look at who supposedly published it? To afraid to put your real name up?
4) We will find out, and we will be filing suit against the site and the publisher of this slanderous information.
NIA Agents receive the best of the best treatment in the industry, daily payroll, free leads and free web sites. We will see who the posting is from and deal with them legally along with this site for publishing it.

Isn't is strange how anyone can write anything about anyone on the internet and it's just ok, whether or not it is true?
NIA has had our share of agents who have left owing a debit balance and believe me on some of the forums the ones who still owe money to NIA are the first to speak up to try to trash someone's name.
There are 3 in particular that seem to spend an inexplicable amount of time on blog site's with nothing but negative comments and those three owe significant debit balances, but are the first to speak up to bash a name.
I choose to take the high road, NIA has been around for a decade and 1/2 and will continue to treat it's agents with respect, daily payroll and free leads.
NIA National Insurance Agency has thousands of agents across the nation who are paid daily, by EFT and love working here and we love them.
