National Credit Solutions NCS700.COM Credit Repair company ripped me off and completly scammed me! McKinney, Texas
3rd of Apr, 2011 by User897110
National Credit Solutions in McKinney, Texas completly scammed me and ripped me off. I signed up for their service. I was sold by a female salesperson, as well as the Owner/CEO. I was told we will fix your credit score. We send out audits and have the items removed. Your Credit score will improve within weeks. I paid them $400.00 and was assured it will be well worth the money. I will make monthly payments and they will improve my credit. I asked for proof that the audits had been sent out. I asked the wrong question. Who was I to ask them for proof?! I was told it has been done. I need proof , or I want my money back. I was told a manager would call me back. It never happened. I left a message on the owners voicemail. I told him I wanted my money back. He called me back and left a long, outragous message on my voice mail. He told me he had more money that he knew what to do with. He did not need my $400.00 (yet he has not refunded it), how powerful he is , and how he will ruin me and my credit. He explained he had so much money that he would win. I have only asked for proof. No proof was ever provided. I spoke with the company director, the female saleperson who I signed up with, and the company owner. They all claim to be great Honest, Christians. Great moral people. They have lied to me over and over again. They refused to refund the $400.00 I paid. They are rude, stuck up people that only call when they want more money or to threaten you and harass you. This was a huge mistake ever giving them money or signing up with them. I was scammed from the start. I do not believe they had any intention of doing what I paid them to do. Avoid these people. They will lie to you and scam you. They will tell you at first how Godly and Christian they are. Then if you ask for proof or your money back, there true Character comes out. Don't be another victim of these people. They will screw you!

I worked for NCS in McKinney for a just over a year and let me assure you...they will rip you off! The owner Brad makes promises to his employees then totally outs them when you expect the promises to come true. If you plan to do business with them then at least understand how it works. There are case managers that actually handle your files. They charge whatever they want and pay Brad a set fee. Your case manager had to charge you enough to pay Brad and make money. He is a general nuisance and bullies his employees until they quit and I know first hand that at least 3 former employees had to get restraining orders against him to stop the harassing phone calls and emails. One employee stole clients credit card numbers and was using them to pay his bills. Your information is not secure with their company and the turnover at their business is huge. They currently have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau for a good reason. Take it form one of his former top employees, they will rip you off and you will have to get an attorney to in order to get a refund. Do NOT do business with NCS700 in McKinney!

These are serious accusations posted by an anonymous poster who you know nothing about, and as an employee of National Credit Solutions for over three and a half years, I want to rebut these alleged incidents. I was here for all these events and saw what really happened. The OP got into a money bind, per his own words on recorded conversations that we have that he was behind on his car, his home, and everything was going to pot on him, but first he began wildly demanding his money back, and asking for results that hadn't had time to return from the bureaus. He was in one of our legal programs and once the results were returned, his credit scores have gone up about 100 points on all three bureaus. The proof he asked for is proprietary information that we couldn't provide and protect our own business. And the letters that were sent, were sent by our attorney partner so we didn't even have access to them. Those are his property. the client did get his money back, by filing a complaint with the bank and getting the charges reversed, on a bill that he received the designated services for and got great results. He has offered to issue a retraction to all these websites that he blasted us on. The matter is now in the hands of our attorney.
"Informant" is a disgruntled former employee who was dismissed for cause and is now employed by a so-called competitor. He is now on the bandwagon to discredit us as it may put more money in his pocket. The statements that he made about restraining orders are slander and since we know his identity, the matter is now in the hands of our attorney.
Our company is based on helping people rebuild their lives and their credit. It's not perfect but it's better than you can get most other places. But, it's not for everybody. Someone who is about to go into a total financial collapse and is not equipped to take care of themselves and their family for whatever reason is not a good candidate for credit repair, with us or anyone else. As fast as any company can help them, they will create new issues. This is basically what happened in this case. We are sorry for this individual as he wants to blame everyone else for his troubles, but as with all of us, the main responsibility lies right there in the mirror. However, we hope he can recover and take care of his family and his obligations. Things are tough in America right now, and we can only hope and pray it will get better for everyone.

Actually, I wasn't dismissed for cause, I quit. And fact is not slander. I know of another employee that quit and did get a restraining order and requested that her name and images be removed from all media concerning NCS700. Is that a lie or the truth Old Hand? I was witness to the conversation Brad had with the IT guy at the time and his exact words were that he needed to remove all information about her before she sued NCS. As I remember now, the IT guy quit also and Brad still owes him a little over $2, 000. Also, I have noticed that you have hired 2 completely new crews since I was employed there. Why such a high turnover rate with your employees? I mean, if it is such a good place to work? Didn't you have another employee that was stealing peoples credit card info and making charges? Now remember that anyone can look up the information with any background website. Also I notice that you didn't respond to the F rating given to you by the BBB. Hmmmmmm... Also, no I do not work for a competitor. If I did I would be telling people to use them instead. I don't know who you think this is, but I actually got out of the profession completely. Didn't Brad breach another contract? If memory serves correctly he worked for another credit company, quit, breached the non compete agreement to start his own company, was sued and lost. Yeah, Brad is a real nice guy and you absolutely want him in your financial life. Oops, I mean absolutely NOT!! Oh well, trust them at your own peril people and if you don't believe any of the negative comments, look them up on the net. Check the BBB site, look for litigation involving Brad Boruk, do research before you trust strangers with your financial future. By the way, according to their website, the surety bond they are required to have expired November 20, 2010. Is it legal to operate without a valid surety bond in place? They are also proud members of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. Except that you can't find their business listing on the McKinney Chamber of Commerce site. Strange.
