Nala Grace's Bows NEVER RECEIVED ORDER, PAID IN FULL!! Internet

I ordered from this company on August 14th during their 50% off sale. It states on their website it takes "approximately 4-6 weeks" for delivery due to large amounts in their orders. During the 5th week, on September 18th, I received an email from them saying that they had a batch of orders returned due to what they thought was a weight error and that they had verified my shipping address, it had been repackaged and was waiting to be picked up by the courier. I was told to "keep an eye out." I kept an eye out for another 5 weeks. After sending 4 emails asking them to PLEASE contact me and let me know what the hold up was, I never heard anything from them. As of this past Tuesday, November 2nd, I contacted 2Checkout (the company that processes their credit card payments). 2Checkout sent Nala Grace an email requesting they contact me with shipment information on my order and that they had until Friday, November 5th. I was promised a full refund from 2Checkout if I did not hear anything from Nala Grace. Suprise, Suprise. I never heard anything from Nala Grace, so today NOVEMBER 6TH I finally got my money back. This ordeal has been more than rediculous and is such a shame because their products are very cute. I have learned now not to order from somewhere that first of all, has no contact information other than an email address. Just because their website is cute and friendly, DOES NOT MEAN IT IS PROMISING!!! Steer very clear of this website!!!! As I have found out, I am ONE OF MANY that has had this happen to them by Nala Grace. I wish I would have read all the bad reports on them before ordering!
