NACA IS A SCAM, Internet |
26th of Sep, 2011 by User444727 |
NACA is nothing more than a bait and switch program that lies and misleads people. I had a friend recommend NACA to me since I am a first time home buyer. He couldn’t stop talking about how great they were. I found out later part of the program requires clients to bring in others just like a pyramid scam. Just to qualify for their program I had to take off of work and go to a class in San Antonio which was nothing more than a promo for their program. After that I had to take more time off work to go see a representative Rolando Salazar. I sent Rolando all the information requested of me, but had to do it multiple times since he continued to “misplace†my information. I tried to be patient and give him time to work but after many weeks with no response I contacted the NACA office only to find that Rolando quit his position. Of course they couldn’t find half of the things I sent him so I had to send them everything again basically starting over. Several weeks later I FINALLY got assigned another representative Jesus Castillo. Unfortunately, Mr. Castillo has no idea what good customer service is and treated me like I was a burden not a client. He made excuses every time I wanted and update if he responded at all. I was told by my original representative that I would definitely be approved within a few months and be able to start looking for a house. I waited for several months past the date I was told trying to be patient. When Mr. Castillo became my representative I asked him about it only to be told it would be an entire year for that date to even get qualified. When I told Mr. Castillo I was told differently he basically called me a liar. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he stopped communicating with me altogether. I emailed him multiple times with no response. FINALLY, I got a response from someone name Julie Ann Zertuche. She did nothing to help me and just sent me a document saying that it would take a year to do anything. I confronted her about my issues, but again no response. I decided to see if other clients had the same issues and found so many complaints about NACA I lost count. I emailed some of the similar complaints to Ms. Zertuche and asked her to respond. However, again no response. I wish I’d done my research on the company before I started, but I made a mistake and trusted a friend. Don’t make the same mistake |
