NAC Marketing Inc New Vitality misleading advertising and non-authorized shipment of product Farmingdale, New York |

I applied for a free sample of SuperBeta Prostate, applying for only the shipping charges on the "free" product. I submitted a credit card for the shipping charges and specifically made a note on the order that my credit card was to be used for shipping only. Several weeks later I look on my credit card statement to discover a $ $36.94 charge for SuperBeta Prostate that I did not order. I called customer service to complain but they said I missed the deadline by 30 days (no mention of this in the original order) and said that I would have to return the product at my expense. After considerable arguing, I was able to get the company to send me a pre-paid mailing label. I returned the product (which the company acknowedged) and was told that a written check would be sent to me despite my request to have the charge credited back to my credit card. The check amount was $29.95 ($36.94 less the $6.99 shipping that the company paid) to send the unauthorized product me. I called the company and told them that I would never do business with them again. Their "free" product offer is deceitful advertising! |

I have had a very similar type experience with this company. It had barely been 30 days since ordering my "free" bottle of superbeta prostate when I noticed a charge of $88.89 made to my card that I hadn't authorized. I checked my account it it was that company, and they had already shipped me 2 more bottles. I called them immediately and complained and basically got the same excuses. They were very aggressive in marketing but they agreed to refund my account $40 if I would agree to keep the shipment. I went ahead and agreed to that, figuring I would give the product a little more time to work. That was just yesterday and it will probably be a couple of more days before the refund is back in my account. I've decided to cancel any future orders after this and not do business with this company again. They are deceptive crooks. |
