My wife and I were contacted August 11, 2010 by E-Biz, later correspondence showed "E Business Group, E3 Biz, LLC and E3 Biz". A guy by the name of Sebastion offered to set up three businesses, Insurance ($395), Travel ($308) and Business Group Referrals ($498). Sebastion said he could be reached at 889-247-5065, Ext. 723. We did not take the offer and he checked with his boss and then offered all 3 for $330. We did accept this. Confirmation no. 36420749 shows E-3 Biz, LLC. Sebastion said that Shane Kaiser would call. Shane Kaiser called August 12, 2010 and talked us into 3 Domain Names at $60 each. A total of $180 --- faxed papers to 602-682-1090. Total charges now at $510 paid by credit card. Shane Kaiser said he could be reached at 888-247-5065, Ext. 722. We later received correspondence about how we could use the accounts; or, they would provide a Marketing Consultant that would eliminate most of the work on our part. John Michaels called August 16-2010 and told us he was in charge of the Biltmore Marketing Group. He is the smoothest guy I have ever talked to. He talked about his side businesses and seemed to be a nice person. After going through the normal high rates and listening to our problems, he said "Oh heck, we will advertise all 3 areas for $5,900. In less than 3 months you will have it paid for through profits of $3,000 to $6,000 month." He said "You have to spend money to make money." I asked him where this would be advertised and he directed me to a site containing what looked like a beautiful illuminated mountain rock and he said our advertising would be shown there and appear in several locations. We finally agreed and faxed papers to 602-682-1090, the same fax number as used for Sebastion and Shane Kaiser of E-Biz. We now have $6,410 invested. Why I did not check first, I do not know today (I always check). I was really taken in by John Michaels. We started getting calls from a Jim Greene, who said he was now in charge of our account. He assured us that we would soon see results and an account was set up showing the number of hits we were getting from their advertising. These hits would soon start getting results. I asked where these hits were coming from and where the advertising was being displayed. He said these were pop-ups and we would unlikely not see them unless we were in certain places at a certain time. At this point, I knew it was all a sham and I told Jim Greene. Jim Greene never called again. Elijah started calling. Again, we were assured that everything was working out fine. By November 2010, I am calling Elijah and saying it is now 3 months and I have received nothing. By the way, his number was 888-794-6517, Ext. 706. He assured me things were looking good and he thought they were working on some of our hits. I told him this was a sham and I insisted on talking to his boss. Elijah said to give them some time to check things out. Elijah's boss called and said they found a glitch in the advertising and they were correcting it. (I did not get his name) He said we are going to start over with the "hits" and I said "That includes the one year as originally purchased" He said "You got it". The original contract was for one year and 15,000 hits per area. Elijah supposedly corrected the hits and did not extend the time. He says his boss didn't say anything about the time. It has now been almost 6 months and my wife and I have not received one penny. The time frame they are using will run out in August 2011 and it should be November 2011. I wrote a letter dated January 12, 2011 to Biltmore Marketing Group, 9201 N. 29th Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85051 requesting a return of $5,000. I said they could keep the rest because I was dumb. Elijah called using the name of Brad and saying he was checking out my claim. It was quite apparent who he was because of his whiny voice when he gets mad, but he denies it. Elijah then called using this own name, said they would not refund the money and told me the contract said they were not liable. Regardless of what the contract says, liability is there if it is a pure scam. It definitely is a pure scam testified to by several scam reports. My wife wanted to forget the whole thing because we acted so dumb and she was afraid our friends would find out. I am going to file a complaint with the "Arizona Attorney General's Office in Phoenix, AZ. Google it if you want to get the Complaint Forms and file your own complaints. Let's get these guys. I will go to Phoenix if it comes down to a trial. This is a pure scam with each company participating in their parts. |

I was taken the same way. My Credit card company said that it was past their 60 day billing cycle complaint.
They refunded my interest charged but that was all they would do for me. I have filed papers on the Arizona AG website. I am sure its NOT going go anywhere but at least I did what I could do. |
