Do not purchase an animal from these people. They are cons. I was sold a sickly puppy with an upper respiratory infection.
I immediately contacted the store informing them of the situation then brought the pup in for evaluation to their vet who said my new dog is sneezing alot because he is low to the ground and is breathing in dust!!!! "He is a swifter" the vet stated. Then we were dismissed.
I brought the pup back to them again a few days later, still ill , they gave him nebulizer treatments and a shot.
Meanwhile the new pup has infected my other dog with an upper respiratory infection and required treatment.
Jill Scott took zero responsibility and her staff stated that perhaps my dog at home infected the puppy!!! Funny the puppy's medical records indicate this new pup was sick when I bought him.
Jill Scott also told me that she purchased my puppy, for resale, from a local breeder that she personally knew and that she does not have animals trucked in to her store and that she is not a puppy mill.
ANOTHER LIE!!!
My dog came from Missouri according to the breeder paperwork and the DOMESTIC WAYBILL they forgot to take out of the file. Missouri is a long way from Florida.
I've encountered costly vet expenses and My Whole Pets will not accept any responsibility. BAD BUSINESS!!!
