I have been trying to move since december 2010. My house has been broken into 3 times and rats have been in the home I am terrified of anything moving with 4 legs I stay in texas and my sorry no good landlord jagg rumph lives in california. After the break ins and the rats the best thing for me to do is move asap. I haven't signed a lease in 2 years I have been month to month when I call jagg he doesn't return the phone call or answer so finally I told him the major problems and all he could say is that he will not allow me to move because he can't find another tenant to move in the winter time. I am a single mother of four,i am on a housing program so it's a process we have to go throgh I filled out the paperwork and jagg calld my caseworker and told them that I was 6 months behind on rent (which was a lie) I turned in my proof. Everything was fine I try again to move out and he lied again saying that I did not pay my march rent. I am not happy here I am in fear here. Never ever get a house with him you will never b able to move. He has never seen the resident nor has ever fixed anything around the house. HE IS A CRAPPY LYING LANDLORD. JAGG RUMPH You SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.
