1) The kids on my team AND their parents HATED this fundraising program. The kids felt uncomfortable with everything and the parents thought one of two things - either that the way in which we were raising money was the easy way out, or they were bothered by the fact that this company was taking advantage of the kids in that they were sneakily profiting from every donation given. Also, most of the donors realized this and were equally as bothered by it claiming that they would rather give money to the kids themselves and not through this company.

2) The little amount of money we did raise (approximately $600) was withheld from us for exactly 6 months AFTER our fundraising efforts were completed! Despite NUMEROUS e-mails and phone calls to this company, they flat our refused to send us OUR check. Every time I called I was given the run-around, and each conversation claimed that the check was in the mail. As a coach, this made me look like I was in on the scam. The kids, parents, and the donors were furious since we did not have the money in time for the tournament, and it left many people feeling dishonest and cheated.

RECOMMENDATION: Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They not only profited on our efforts, but they held our money hostage for an absurdly long time. They make giant claims about the ease of use, profitability and speed of their program - but they came no where close to delivering anything as promised. My dealings with the company almost cost me a job, and it certainly made several people around the team question my integrity!
