My children are A+ Students, as a reward I purchased two 17 inch Macbook Pro. My son damaged one of the laptops. I had the 3 year warranty and sent laptop back to get repaired. The monitor would not respond, monitor was completely black, the laptop powered up but no display. I requested a RMA which was send via email. I packed the laptop at the Post Office with help from one of the worker, I purchased bubble wrap and wrapped the laptop multiple times and taped the laptop securely. You could have drop in off the side of a building with no damage. I put insurance and I had the package tracked, a few days after the package was delivered I called Steve Harper. To my amazement Mr Harper said the package was damaged in shipping. I was shocked! But okay I had insurance. I filed a claim with the US Postal Service, I sent all the information to Mr Harper, called Mr Harper and he assured me that Gainsaver would take care on their end of claim which was suppose to be, Gainsaver return the item to the Post Office to be examined. After 30 days my claim was closed. I contact Mr Harper and he told me he through my laptop in the trash and he could not help me, and I could not get a refund and hook up. I called back thinking I just got PUNKed, and he hung up again. Now this is why I and posting on this site. First I contact a friend who is a attorney he explained, contact the Attorney General office in your state, FBI Internet Fraud which is called the Internet Crime Compliant Center, also file a complaint with the BBB, once you input Gainsaver it will come up as a company in Nevada not California the warehouse is in California. I am awaiting a call back from Small Claims in my State and I will be filing suit TODAY! I hope this will help. If anyone have any information involved in this company please share. Next I am calling the Post Office in California to see if I can report Gainsaver's warehouse for fraud, again a federal offense. Mr Steve Harper it's not over by a long shot!!!! |
