My Cash Now and other payday loan places destroyed my life

I fell victom to one of the most popular growing scams out there today, Payday loans. I applied for a payday loan from my cash now.com last year. every two weeks ,I would need to "extend the loan. The loan amnt was 150.00 and the extension fee every two weeks was 26.00. I had up to 5 times to extend this loan. Well, on the fifth time, I emailed my info to these crooks to extend my loan and NOT to take out the entire amount. Well, guess what, not only did they take out , or attempt to take out the entire amount, they added an extra charge.The result was a return on there electronic debit and it caused a cascade affect into my checking account, where I paid several fees and other chgs due to this company's ignorance. I faxed them, called them, would be put on hold and listen to gospel reports. I emailed them, and received no answer what so ever from them. Finally, 2 months later, I get this very nasty call at work. The lady on the phone said she was from check recovery services, she represnted my cash now. com. She said , flat out I committed fraud, because I did not pay this loan !! and said it would be turned over to the courts. I am now sitting here worrying that this is going to happen. I tried to expalain to "ms Evil" what happened and how to make a payment. I advised her that due to this and other similar disasters, I would be filing bankruptcy but that I would send waht I could every week. Her response was What sdo you mean send what you can. You send 200.00 tomorrow, of cousrse I did not have that,so she said ,I will send your summons. In addition, she tells me the amount due is 677.00 !!!. How from a 150.00 loan. She said it was fees. 500$ in fees. I explained to her my attempts to reach the company ,she said I was a liar and She found it hard to believe. Right after getting off the phone with her, I called my cash now. com and ,you guess it, gospel music , no one picks up. I again fax and have a receipt of the fax, again no response. I email 3 more times, no response. So here I am being called a criminal, liar and told I owe 6 times the original amount by these monsters
