You can also Google and YouTube Gypsy Psychic Scams for news clips on the topic. Diana Fatima and her husband Nick Stevens are operating under a DBA in Clark, NJ and Pt. Pleasant, NJ and most likely other places too! They change location every 2-3 years. I was in a bad place looking for answers and "Diana Fatima" took advantage of that and tricked me into taking out a credit card for thousands of dollars to "help" me rid of "negativity" thru meditation, crystals and candles. She said if I didn't do it, I would get mugged and a whole bunch of horrible things would happen to me. In retrospect, she makes "predictions" by making general statements that apply to most everyone and feeding off body language, facial expressions, and throwing your questions back at you so you're essentially answering your own questions. And she uses her family, her kids, her being a mother to her advantage to get what she wants. If I asked anything about this "work" as she calls it, she'll get very defensive, like I'm supposed to have blind trust in her. The fees kept getting progressively higher until eventually I came to my senses and demanded EVERY SINGLE PENNY of my money back. I got it in exchange for signing a "nondisclosure agreement" that their presumably fake attorney wrote up. Even though I got my money back, I'm still so traumatized by what happened. It contributed to ruining my credit and it took me 2 years to get control of my finances, and I'm traumatized and hurt by all the manipulation and brainwashing. This woman, this family, is pure evil and they have no problem treating you like a personal ATM and sucking the life out of you. I'm posting this to warn other potential victims: A REAL PSYCHIC WILL NOT HAVE A STORE WITH A SIGN OUTSIDE. |

| i went back to them and threatened them and harrassed them until i got my money back. and they gave it. they made me sign a nondisclosure agreement but i could really give a crap about it as you can see. |

| i kept harrassing them like a crazy person via phone calls, texts and emails and told them i would come back w/ every tv station and policeman in town and they replied pretty quickly. i really would have done that if they didn't reply. i had nothing to lose at that point. so they knew i would not go away. i wish they had called the police on me for harrassing them. it would have been easy for me to have them arrested, haha. |

tell her I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU STUPID BITCH OR I'LL CALL THE POLICE!!! i'm serious. if u want ur money back, u better fight for it. i lost $4, 600 and i got every penny of it back. and even then, she'll still pretend that she's really psychic and that ur not doing what she advises u to do.

Can I ask a favor to EVERYONE who is reading this post who has been involved with this stupid "psychic". Please post a similar posting of your experiences to scam websites, such as RipoffReport.com, ScamInformer.com, ComplaintsBoard.com, so that anyone else who is about to be a victim and searches her name and happens to do a Google search will see all the fraud postings pop up in their Google search. That way, it will be all over the Internet! This really needs to stop, this stupid gypsy scam. I am FED UP.

No, not anyone can update that Gypsy Psychic Scam website. It has to be done by the owner or whoever created it. I sent him all Diana Fatima's info but he said he's been overwhelmed with emails of other victims. That's why i'm posting these on the Internet. |

| I am sorry to say that I too was scammed by Diana. I know alot of people would like to believe she is kind and has your best interest at heart, IT IS NOT TRUE!! Her only concern is for your money!!! I not only lost alot of money, I almost lost my life. Working with Diana only brought more negativity into my life. Sometimes, the things we wish for are simply not good for us. It took me 2 years to come to terms with the emotional back lash of working with this woman. I do believe that one day she will have to answer to God for all the hurt she has caused to people who trusted in her guidence |

| Unfortunately for me, I handed over fists full of cash. 5grand in one shot, another 3g and smaller amounts in between. There is no credit card record to back me up. Only bank records of large withdrawls that could have gone anywhere. Shame on me for not asking for a reciept! LOL like she really would have given one. You know, money comes and goes, thats life. Like with anything, there is ebb and flow. I am thankful to be here today I almost lost much more than money. I learned some valuable lessons on real mediation out of my sheer stupidity and blind trust. Readers beware of her! Someone really has to take the steps and teach you how to mediate properly. Anybody worth seeing for guidence won't tell you they can help you, take your money, throw a pink, green or white candle at you and expect you to be able to do it properly. Christina is right, real psychics don't work out of store fronts or rent spaces on board walks! |

| kim, i would still ask for my money back. that is a lot. for me, i was stupid enough to be such a long time customer before i finally snapped out of it (i somehow always thought they were fake but never had the courage to say so), and i had already lost all the credit card info. i told them i wanted my money and that i'd harrass them till they gave it to me cuz i had nothing to lose and they did in one shot. i had to sign a nondisclosure agreement, but i'm not allowed to tell you that, so ssshhhhh, LOL. whatever, they can kiss my @$$ and take their fake nondisclosure form with it. |

| I look at the finacial aspect completely diffrent, it has now become irrelevant to me. I honestly believe that what you put out into the universe you recieve back tenfold. She has caused alot of people heartache and pain conducting her practice as she does. I take comfort in the fact that one day she will recieve every bit back plus 10. Karma is a b!tch that way. I think it is important to let other potential clients make informative choices by reading these post, which is why i comment. Word of mouth can make or break you in any bussiness. Had she conducted hers honestly as she claims on her website she would have nothing to fear. |

| Here is another thing that makes me think twice about confronting her about the money: If I were to demand my money back she would then in turn have to con someone else inorder to give it back, where else is she going to get it from? I don't want to be responsible for that. I am glad you got your money back though. Did anyone bother to write a letter to the owner of Jenkinson's? That's where her main fishing pond of customers come from. From what i understand he is a very particular man about the establishes that rent spaces on his Boardwalk. I understand that no boardwalk would be complete without a psychic. However, I do know he prides himself on promoting a family enviroment and would not be please to hear that that he is host to a rip off artist. Just a thought |
