Mpell Solutions does not asnser phone calls, does not respond to emails Internet, California

I received this email from Wynham Rewards. When I tried to complete the form online with the certificte codes the mpell solutions system would not accept the codes. I then called the 800-450-1575 number the representative said she was able to put the codes in and I would receive my gift cards. Now we are at the end of December and still no gift cards. When I check the status of the certificates the response is "not valid." When I call mpell solutions I'm on hold for over an hour and then when I push 2 to leave a message no one calls me back. When I call wynham rewards to tell them what has happened they tell me I have to deal with mpell solutions. I'm entitled to 3- $20 gift cards. Here is my original email from Wynham Rewards. Thank you for contacting Wyndham Rewards(r). Upon viewing your account I do see that you qualified for 3 of the $20 cash back rebates on 10/5/11 and 10/7/11.
