I was told one price ($270 for unlimited hrs) on the phone w/no hidden charges. I even asked about the method of payment and specifically asked if a personal check was fine and I was told it is. However, when they got to my final destination, they wrote up a bill that was 850 more than I was expecting AND would not accept a personal check. Even after I spoke to the original woman that I set up the movers with that told me a personal check was fine, she started to tell me that she 'NEVER said that'! They then, without my knowledge, took my goods to their storage and when I called them to see where they went, they said they were leaving and would be back the next day once I had their money in cash. I called the cops for robbery/stolen goods, but nothing could be done unless they did not arrive back the next day.

The next day, they arrived an hour earlier than they said (they came at 8am, when the agreed upon time was 9), they charged me additional 3 hrs for having to unload the goods the next day. At 10am, when they finished unloading, they were supposed to assemble my bed, but they said they were already at 3 hrs so no longer could they do anything more. When I told the guy he was supposed to be here at 9am, he told me there was nothing he could do. When I asked for my receipt of all the papers, he said he would get it from his truck, and as he left to his truck, he ran like a guilty convict!

I lost sleep over this company and I believe in Karma that they will get what is coming to them....to the criminals who are cheaters and scammers-I pray that they get their licences revoked and go out of business!
