TOTAL RIPOFF, ORDERED MOVIES REICIEVED CONFIRMATION AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN AND NO MOVIES WHERE SENT Internet |
27th of Dec, 2010 by User532308 |
I ordered three Walt Disney movies, Junglebook, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid from . I ordered these movies for my granddaughters on December 8th. The money was withdrawn out of my bank account on December 9th. I recieved a confirmation (1934) and it said it would ship bestway 7-14 days. I am out 47.85 for this transaction.
I have tried to email this company on many occasions and I have not recieved a response back at all. I am so dissappointed about this transaction and I do not want anyone else to fall into this scam. Hoping someone can help with this situation to keep others from suffering. |

Talk to your bank about filing a complaint and get your money back from the bank! I've had the same thing happen to me, not from this company from another one, but the bank will try and get the company to either get your money back or get your movies sent to you whichever u want. If they don't have any luck communicating with the company etc., they'll credit u your money. That's the way my bank does it, Wells Fargo. That's my suggestion to you. I wish you good luck. |

Contact your bank your attempts to do a letter of dispute. Make sure to have information regarding your attempts to resolve this with the company. You must do this within 60-90 days, which it appears you are within timeframe. Place all information in a letter of dispute and get to your credit card company ASAP. They should be able to credit you the money and then address it with the company. Many companies (especially those that are not honest) keep delaying you to get to the point of disputing and then the bank tells you they can no longer help, because it has exceeded timeframes. I've worked in both credit and debit card depts. for many years and I believe most of the rules have not changed and the timeframes are regulated. VISA and MasterCard also have rules in place to also try to protect you but also give company time to respond. As long as you have complete documentation of what has happened and what you have done to attempt to resolve you should be OK. Hoping this info helps you |
