Mountain Park Health Center Business attempted to defraud insurance company, and stick customer with ridiculous charges tempe, Arizona

Mountain Park Health Center renegotiated prices on their own terms, and then attempted to coverup their unusual inflated charges by denying benefits, lying about prices, and requiring me, the patient to pay for unnecessary testing and procedures, and blatantly lying about graduated scales for people with limited income. Even though I had reported their business practices to the BBB, MPHC REFUSED to do the right thing, and even went as far as to send me a bill WITH ALL OF THE ERRORS that differed from the original bill. Their lack of education and skill in their financial department is abominable. They have their head of finances, someone with a third grade education, and a pottymouth to boot running operations who spouts off at the mouth, and does not verify her own billing procedures before hanging up on you, over, and over again, as a solution to the problem. Although BBB has put this business on parole (so to speak) for three years, I have still been billed over 400$ from MPHC for a routine 75$ visit. The incompetence, the lack of concern, the fraud from this company is more than anyone should have to endure. please steer your friends and family away from this money pit! The only good news I have to report, is that the BBB will be watching them very closely to see who their next victim is. Please don't be this person!
