MotherNature.com Took my money and sent me nothing... Internet, Internet

I placed my order September 7, 2011. The website showed that the item was 'available.' The money came out of my account immediately and I received a confirmation e-mail. After a week and a half, I contacted the company. The said it was on back order. Their webpage said it's still available. They have no way to speak with anyone on existing orders except by sending a message through their website. No one replied to any of our messages. We called the company as if placing a new order. We spoke to someone about our dilemma. They said the product would be shipped within 7 days. It was never shipped. We called again. We were told the distributor didn't have it. We found out who was their distributor. We contacted the distributor. The distributor said the product was in stock and that MotherNature had not placed an order for it. The distributor rechecked the warehouse to make sure that he had the product. He physically saw the product in stock. MotherNature said again they would get the product and ship it within the week. Every week I would get the same story. "It's coming in." Today, October 25, 2011, they transferred me to a voicemail (again), I called back, man on phone got mad and hung up. I've called my bank and started an investigation. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
