I started a lease with them last month, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU GET INTO! They have all these coupons & promises and refuse to honor any of them even though they're printed on the damn door! The "Free Move In Truck" they promise is actually $100.00, plus about 9 separate charges of randomness. We went to U-Haul on Roosevelt who were more than helpful. The "First Month Free" coupon on their billboards, website, door, sign, etc.. is not honored. The owner played dumb like she's never applied it before and charged the full amount (Not even prorated? Of course both of these things were told to me after I had already signed the agreement (which by the way, included the above mentioned services with no mention of surcharges). I was told that the free month would be applied to this month and not to worry about the "mix up". Well on the 1st, they charged me the full amount again despite saying they were going to honor it. When I told them forget it, I was moving my stuff out because everything in the contract was not honored, they said "Great, no refunds" so I have a storage unit now that has to be emptied BUT is paid for through July 1st. I should have til June 30th to move out because I paid for it already, but no, they are going to re rent something I paid for. Shady tricksters will say anything to get you to sign, but do not honor ANYTHING after you give them money. Even though all of the promises of free first months rent and free move in truck are in writing, good luck trying to get them to honor it. Never ever had such a difficult, nickle and diming experience with a storage facility before. BEWARE!
