After calling Mohammed (Alec) Othman @ Woodlands Shell Car Care, I made an appointment to take my car, my window would not go up or down (it was about to rain), he called to tell me my car was ready, I paid him $238.94, I did not try my window switch until 2 days later because it was raining, my window would not go down or up, I took my car back to him after calling to let him know my window would not work, when I went to his car care, he was very belligerent to me and said " you need a window motor, said "you diagnosed it as a switch and charged me $238.94" he screamed in my face, he was so close his saliva got in my face, he told me to get off of his f------ property, I am a 70 year old lady and I was scared and shaking when I drove away, he was so mad he acted like he was about to hit me, I did not say anything to provoke him, if he has such bad days with customers that do not say anything back to him, maybe he should consider getting out of the business, my son-in-law called him to ask if he could take my car back to him, Mohammed hung up on him, I am afraid to go to either of his Shell Stations, what should I do?
