ThinkBDM Nigel Corneal Job seeker scam! Internet |
31st of May, 2011 by User312114 |
To all job seekers! Do not let yourself be lured by the false promises of Nigel Conrneal owner of ThinkBDM. One year I heard nothing but fake promises and lies, he gladly took my money with the promise of locating me a job...he raised my hopes only to shatter them in the end. One year and not even one phone generated from his so called service, the worst was that he stopped communicating with me for over 6 months! SIX MONTHS of me not being able to get in touch, that just shows how much he really cares for his customers. When he finally respond he apologized and had the nerve to tell me he didn't understand why I was so upset...honestly! I tried giving him one last chance and he wasn't able to respond with a game plan for over a week until I got so fed up and told him I was done and wanted my money back. Here is the second issue..I was told it took 3 weeks for it to be processed...that I would receive it by 5/27...we are at 6/01 and no sign of it. PLEASE stay away from this, it is nothing more than lies and false promises! |

On the other side of this, I'm from the inside, someone that worked for him... and there are others too! In 2003-2004 I worked as a recruiter from home, on a commission basis. I found potential candidates to fill job positions THINKBDM had available. I was owed approx $8000 and then was told that things were *tight* because the job market was bad and was asked if I could "Bare with Nigel until he gets back on his feet again". Well, needless to say it's now 2011 and I've NEVER seen the $8000 owed to me. Certainly anyone today that's plugged into social media would know that this is Very Very bad press and I hope that anyone looking for a job would think twice before working with ThinkBDM. The more and more I read the more and more I realize I wasn't the only victim of this fly by night organization and both employees and potential clients have been taken for granted so the "one" could benefit from the hard work of others.
I'd say stick with the big fish, the Keith Baggs, Brainhunters, Adecco, Workopolis, Monster etc. to find your jobs, and NOT ThinkBDM! |
