Igot a modded ps2 slim 90001 wuth modbo 4.0 chip new from this guy at ioffer. It was a gift for xmas from my mom. When i open it this xmas day everything else play but the chip will not let you play dvd videos.I email the guy he told me to turn off the chip in order to play dvds.Well i turn off the chip but i can only play us movies.When its on it wont let you play no dvd movies. So i told him this then he saids to set some region settings on the chip and they dont work they only work when chip is on.This mod chip suppost to work with dvdsthats what it saids on his list. i email him and i told him these things, afteri got things that did not make sense from him.I then ask fo a refund or another system that did not give me problems with the dvds. i know that some of the same chips wont give you the problems and some do. but i wanted one that let me play movies with it on and let me play imports too. he refuse to refund he refuse to give me another system thats better. he got very very nasty to me said unprofessionel stuff . And i paid for this thing with a money order, the money was taken soo long to get to him. he got nasty and was thinking that i did not sent the money and call me a lieyer. the man is such a quack he dose no konw how to talk to people.his list said that i had theright to send back the item in7 days if im not happy. frist he said i cant because its been 3 days. then when i told him about what his returnpolicy said about the 7 days. then he said i only do refunds if item has not been open, thats what his list said. after i told him that it said i can return if im not happy, now he turns it around and said that i can return it but i will only get a part of my refund.

he did not wonna tell me how much i will get backwith out seeing the itemfrist he said.

this is not right the sekker is a lieyer and a no good person, pls anyone dont buy from . seller dose not know how to treat people, all he had to do was refund me like he suppost to or give me another of the same item that works better. now he saids right after i said no about him saying i get some of my money back. he now gets nasty and nasty saying i bet you broke the item and i won in this fight he said. well, when people find out about this site and my story he will think again.
